How does Busted work?
Upload a photo of your ticket and we will pull in the details automatically. From there, you can pay your ticket or submit a guided dispute in just a few steps.
Do I need to enter ticket details manually?
No. We automatically read the ticket information from your photo, but you can review and edit everything before submitting.
Can I dispute a ticket through Busted?
Yes. In supported cities, Busted guides you through a fast, structured dispute and submits it through the correct city process.
What happens when I submit a dispute?
You upload your ticket and any photos or notes that support your case. We generate a clear appeal and submit it for you. You will receive updates by email when a decision is made.
What kind of evidence can I upload?
Anything that helps explain what happened - photos of signs, street markings, visibility issues, or the parking location.
How much does disputing a ticket cost?
You only pay if your ticket is dismissed. Our success fee is 50% of the amount you saved. If the dispute is not successful, you pay nothing.
